1. Agreement

By using the reputation.direct website, mobile app, or services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. The service

reputation.direct provides tools to help businesses collect and manage customer reviews via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. We integrate with Google Business Profile and other platforms to track review status and rankings.

3. Your obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account and business information
  • Only send review requests to customers who have consented or with whom you have an existing business relationship
  • Comply with applicable laws, including data protection (UK GDPR) and marketing regulations (e.g. PECR)
  • Not use the service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
  • Not offer incentives in exchange for reviews, in line with Google's guidelines

4. Account and payment

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of subscription. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

We own all rights to the reputation.direct brand, software, and content. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our Services without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
